Security and protection of your personal data
As the operator of my website www.daumenkinographie.de, I am obliged to
ensure the confidentiality of the personal data you provide and to
protect them from unauthorized access. I take the greatest care and
safety standards to ensure the maximum protection of your personal
information. I am subject to the provisions of the European General
Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) and the regulations of the Federal
Data Protection Act (BDSG-neu). In that sense, I have taken both
organizational and technical measures to ensure that the privacy policy
is applied. Your stored data includes your e-mail address and your
first and last name as well as other data such as your postal address,
or your telephone number.
I process your personal information
a) when you sign up for my newsletter,
b) obtained on the basis of your consent
according to the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) and the
Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG-neu). I process these data on the
basis of your consent (Article 6 (1a) GDPR), e.g. to subscribe to my
newsletter, informing you about flipbook stage performances, or about
other events, such as exhibitions related to my activity as an flipbook
artist.
The use of your data for other purposes as well as a transfer of your
data to third parties won't happen under any circumstances.
Newsletter
With your consent, I inform you about flip book events with the help of
my newsletter, which appears about 12 times a year.
To subscribe to my newsletter, please send me an email and ask to added
to my list.
The only information I need to send you my newsletter is your e-mail
address, which I save for the purpose of being able to send you my
newsletter.
You can revoke your consent of sending you my newsletter at any time by
clicking on a link located below each e-mail or by e-mail to
volker@daumenkinographie.de or by sending a message to the contact
details provided on the website in writing or orally.
My newsletter does not register user behavior.
If you are under the age of 16, I ask you not to submit any personal
information to me without the consent of your parent or guardian.

If you contact me by e-mail, then I will save the information you have
provided (your e-mail address, your name, if applicable, your mailing
address and telephone number) in order to answer your questions or to
send you flipbooks that you have ordered. If you object to the storage
or the purpose of storage does not longer exist, I will delete your
data. If legal requirements exist, I limit the processing to the extent
required by law.
When you use my website for information purposes, only personal data
that your browser transmits to my server will be stored in order to
ensure stability and security of my website. (legal basis is Art. 6 (1)
sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO):

processed, you can request information about this personal data at any
time. In addition, you can ask me for the following information:

Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to request that I restrict the processing of your
personal data if one of the following conditions applies:
- the accuracy of the personal data is disputed by the data subject for
a period allowing the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal

- the processing is unlawful and the data subject refuses to delete the
personal data and instead requests the restriction of the use of the
personal data,
- the controller no longer needs the personal data for processing
purposes, but the data subject requires them to assert, exercise or

Article 21 (1) GDPR, as long as it is not certain that the legitimate

exercising or defending legal claims or protecting the rights of
another natural or legal person or for reasons important public
